Meditation workshop Townsville

AU$150.00

One-day meditation workshop

In our energising and fun one-day workshop we introduce and practice a series of mindfulness and meditation exercises that you can use to embed mindfulness at home, work and in the third space between them.  Each participant will receive a detailed pack of notes giving information on what meditation is, why develop a meditation practice and how to do it.

We will explore the barriers to introducing meditation and how to create structures in your life that help you actually practice.

The research suggests that a little bit of practice every day is preferable to infrequent bursts of practice.  We therefore discuss how to nudge ourselves into new mindful behaviours.
