At the Breathe London Wellbeing suite at the Colombo Centre in Waterloo we offer one to one Yoga, Thai Chi and other complimentary therapies. Whether it’s to manage stress using breathwork, pranayma exercises, meditation, mindfulness and positive visualisation or to improve longstanding postural problems, a short tailored yoga course can help.  Our beautiful treatment rooms are located on the top floor of the Colombo Centre, SE1 8DP, just off Blackfriars Road. We teach our one to one courses in our large treatment room.

How to book
To learn more about our one to one yoga courses go to Yoga workshops.  You can book a course of yoga sessions or Thai Chi by going online and buying a course for £220 or a one off session for £50. About our therapists
Andy Roberts trained as a Sivananda teacher in India and as a Deep Tissue Massage therapist in Sydney, Australia. For the last 10 years he has been heavily influenced by Iyengar practices and also Chi Kung. His stress management work has been helped by his masters degree in psychology and his training as an emotional intelligence coach. He has a light hearted approach to teaching yoga and believes that strong physical action combined with quiet contemplation through meditation as the best way of promoting wellbeing

Keith Graham is a senior instructor and Hon Vice President of the Tai Chi Union of Great Britain. He has practiced for over 30 years and has a warm and engaging style of teaching. He combines his Tai Chi practice with his in depth knowledge of human anatomy; he is one of only 10 certified rolfers in the UK . His warm nature instantly relaxes his clients and his deep knowledge of anatomy enables his clients to understand how humans can more with grace and freedom.

Brenda Hobdell
Brenda has 20 years experience as an Iyengar teacher and runs yoga classes throughout South London as well as yoga vacations.  Brenda is also an experienced Tui Na massage therapist and will be starting as a therapist at Breathe London in September 2011.  To book a yoga vacation go to Yoga Off the Rock
