Stan Rechcigl
Stan has been involved in the massage industry for many years. He has previously worked for premiership rugby clubs such as London Wasps and Saracens Rugby Club, athletics clubs, football clubs and is a familiar face at the London Marathon and London Triathlon each year. Stan specialises in providing sports and remedial massage and deep tissue massage to clients suffering from a variety of aches, pains and injuries. He is also on hand for those who simply want to indulge in a relaxing massage treatment. As a full member of the Sports Massage Association, (SMA), Pruhealth policy holders may have treatments covered under the terms of their contract. Treatments may also be covered by other health insurers. Clients should check with their provider.

  Keith Graham 
Keith completed his three-year training to become a certified Rolfer at the Rolf Institute in Boulder, Colorado and has studied Rolf Movement in Brazil, Germany and Spain. He has been in full time practice for ten years.  Keith’s clients come to him for a wide variety of reasons; busy people for help with the effects of stress, sports people to improve performance or speed recovery from injury, children for help with growing, and ordinary people (and animals) who want to be free from pain or just want to feel their body’s full potential.  As a 30 year student of Tai Chi, Keith has developed a sensitivity and an understanding of how to work with the subtle energies of the body, as a Rossiter stretching coach he is also able to work with heavier clients or highly toned athletes such as rugby players and martial artists who may need a very strong touch, and as a Rolfer, Keith has learned to see and feel exactly which approach is appropriate and to encourage each individual he sees to move towards balance and freedom.  Keith works Thursdays 10 to 7

Andy Roberts
Andy trained in Australia and has been massaging for over 10 years. He combines strong Deep Tissue massage techniques with nurturing Reiki. He’s also been teaching Yoga for the last 5 years and is a marathon runner and swimmer. Andy uses his intuitive knowledge of how the body should perform optimally to help create lasting change in his clients.  Andy works Mondays 10 to 3, Tuesdays 3 to 9, Wednesdays 10 to 5.30, Thursdays 7 to 9, Fridays 10 to 9 and every other Saturday 10.30 to 4.30

  Claudia Macchini
Claudia was born in Italy but settled in London in her early 20’s. Her caring, gentle nature drew her to the healing arts. She is a practicing Buddhist and the quality of compassion and caring flows into her treatments. She has many years experience in massage and combines Sports and Deep Tissue techniques with powerful stretches from Thai massage. She is also qualified in Lymphatic drainage techniques which provide a powerful boost to the body’s immune system.  Claudia works Mondays 3 to and every other Saturday 10.30 to 4.30

Anita was born in Poland. Her love and passion for travel led her to India where she was drawn to the healing techniques of the East. Jay Gentle
Jay Gentle is passionate about diet, fitness, bodywork and it’s healing capabilities. Jay became a remedial & sports massage therapist through benefiting from treatment himself wishing to help others regain and maintain a good level of physical health. His journey had led him to explore a number of other complementary hands on healing modalities. “I realised first hand there is nothing more valuable than an open heart, the human touch, and a skilled, caring pair of hands.” Jay uses muscle energy techniques & soft tissue release to stretch and release tension in the body. Working with friction & neuromuscular techniques to penetrate deep into muscle, ligament and tendons to kick start the healing process. Utilising connective tissue manipulation and deep tissue massage to relax and calm the muscles and the mind.

Erika Keats
Erika has been practicing complementary medicine for over 5 years. She has always had a passion for helping other people achieve their goals and believes that through hypnosis she can help people to reach their full potential.  Erika has studied at the Academy of Clinical and Medical Hypnosis in Hypnotherapy, Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), is a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy.

Erika works 10 to 3 on Tuesdays and on Wednesdays between 6 and 9pm

   
  Pawel Wiacek.

Pawel Wiacek. Originally from Poland, started his journey with massage and healing in 2004when he completed Polynesian Holistic Massage and Hawaiian Lomi Lomi MassageTraining.  Since then he has been learning new modalities of holistic medicine to bring more understanding to his energy and bodywork. Pawel explored Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Holistic massage, Reiki, The Metamorphic technique, Hatha Yoga, Theta Healing, Advanced Clinical Massage and Myofascial release. Having discovered the amazing results of Myofascial Release. He has devoted the last 2 years to training in more advanced fascial and massage techniques with Jing Advanced Massage Institute. He is currently continuing his training in myofascial release and is also studying Cranial Sacral Therapy with the CCST in London.  Pawel offers a wide range of treatments:

  Jo Lewin
Jo is a qualified Nutritional Therapist working in London. Since graduating with BSc Hons Nutritional Therapy degree, she has been practicing with adults and children in both the private and public domains. Jo has been involved in the delivery of the MEND weight management programme to families in Southwark for the last 3 years and runs private consultations in Westminster and Waterloo. She has recently written and delivered a 10 week healthy living programme for parliamentary employees to inform and inspire individuals to a healthier lifestyle. Although her training has covered all areas of health, nutrition and behavioural change, Jo’s special interest include weight management, digestive health, hormonal imbalances (PCOS, pregnancy and menopause), stress, energy and fatigue. She also has experience working with groups on healthy eating initiatives including practical cookery demonstrations and label reading. Jo is committed to treating all clients in a compassionate, non judgemental way and to provide the understanding, encouragement, education and ongoing support needed to reach their goals.
