About Positive Psychology Life Coaching
People are drawn to coaching and therapy because they often confront some fairly basic questions. Why am I here? How should I best lead my life? How do I fit?
Positive Psychology Coaching helps you raise awareness of your patterns of thoughts and feelings. By its nature it tends to be more prescriptive than other forms of coaching. We help you identify your strengths in order to overcome challenges. We explore how to generate and use positive emotions in order to face up to adversity.
To find out more and book a session with any of the team, either on the Southbank or via skype or at your place of work go to Book a session . Sessions cost £80 but your initial consultation will be 50% off, just £40 for a life coaching session
What some of our clients say:
David Grayson CBE , Director Corporate Social Responsibility Centre, Cranfield School of Management
When I arrived for my session with Andy I had so much on my mind that I found it difficult to focus. By the end of the session I felt so relaxed and calm that I felt clarity return, energised and ready to face the next challenge.
The Hon. Richard Alston Australian High Commissioner to the UK (2005 to 2008)
Andy is an excellent practitioner and manages to combine his holistic skills with his commercial background in an interesting way. Not only does he have a warm and engaging personality, but he has a very clear concept of how to provide wellbeing services in the commercial sector.
